Comfort Inn & Suites Deland – Orlando    DSH Hotel Advisors, a Tampa-based hotel brokerage and advisory firm, has announced the sale of the 68-room Comfort Inn & Suites in DeLand, Orlando, finalized on December 11, 2024.
